I recently bought the most stunning dress from Timeless, and the whole experience was amazing. The staff was incredibly patient with me , I came in twice within one week before finally deciding on the dress I wanted, and they never made me feel rushed. They made the try-on process really easy and were always ready to help me zip in and out of dresses, which I really appreciated. I also had the chance to meet the owner, and she was very kind and helpful. The customer service was truly 10/10, and the gown selection was absolutely beautiful. I went to three other shops before this, and none of them compared. It was definitely worth the drive from Wisconsin, and I will be getting all of my dresses from Timeless from now on.

Ten stars!! I found this boutique online and I called to see if I can ask about sizing. I was lucky enough to speak with Lina. She was so amazing and helpful! She didn’t try to rush me or anything. In fact, she treated me as if I was there in the store with her. She sent me photos of Dresses and even photos with measurements. She took my online dress shopping to another level. Excellent store for women’s formal dresses for any occasion! Lots of options to choose from and prices are reasonable for these kinds of dresses from Dubai and Turkey I believe. Owner Leena is very sweet and friendly! Definitely a store to go to if you are in need of a really fancy dress!
